4. Product price

5. Orders

5.1. Functioning
  • To confirm an order, you must first identify yourself. 5.2. Order management

  • The invoicing includes the detail of the price of each product without VAT and, if applicable, the amount of VAT calculated on the subtotal (without VAT) and included in the total (VAT included).

6. Pay mode

  • All products purchased at THETATAUHOME accept credit cards and multiple payment methods.
  • All online payment technologies are provided by Stripe.
  • After confirming the order, you will be redirected to our payment page and you will be asked for the corresponding payment information, such as card title, card number, validity date, CVV and other relevant payment information. During this process, THETATAUHOME cannot obtain any personal payment data, and all payment information is regulated by Stripe.
  • THETATAUHOME does not have access to confidential information related to the means of payment by credit card, in accordance with current regulations.
  • For reservation orders, the order will be considered valid after the customer has paid 30% of the final price of the order. After the product arrives, the customer is notified of the final payment and successfully completes the remaining 70% payment. THETATAUHOME will continue the service.
  • Once the payment is completed and the receipt of the corresponding amount is confirmed by THETATAUHOME, the order will be considered as a valid order, otherwise the corresponding continuation services will not be provided, the order will be considered invalid and will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

7. Delivery of the goods

7.1 Delivery operation
  • Once the payment of the order has been made, THETATAUHOME will start the service of the merchandise, after confirming the inventory of the merchandise, the order will be ready for preparation in 48 hours.
  • Once the order is ready to store, the customer will receive a delivery tracking email.
  • In the event that the client needs to modify the delivery address, they must notify THETATAUHOME in advance by email or customer service, once the merchandise has been shipped or left the warehouse, the shipping data cannot be modified.
  • The shipment of the merchandise will be carried out by a third-party transport company, Correos, UPS, MRW, DHL, GLS, etc. depending on the address where your order is delivered, and the characteristics of the merchandise.
  • After the customer’s delivery confirmation, THETATAUHOME will receive the delivery information from the third-party shipping company, and the order will be considered complete.
7.2 Delivery period
  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery time varies depending on the carrier selected and the destination. Feel free to ask us before you order.
  • The delivery time of the reserved products purchased through THETATAUHOME website will depend on the specific circumstances. When the reserved products arrive and the client completes the final payment, we will start our delivery process.
  • When there is any problem or obstacle in the delivery time, we will contact the customer by email and inform them in advance.
7.3. Goods risk
  • The risks due to loss or deterioration of the goods will be transmitted to the Client and the Transport Company from the moment of their delivery or availability.
  • In the event that the delivery or making available is delayed for reasons attributable to the Client, the transfer of risks will occur from the moment in which, in accordance with the agreement, the delivery or making available should have taken place.
7.4. Claims regarding the merchandise
  • Claims relating to the number and state of the packaging of the goods supplied must be made immediately, at the time of delivery of the same, and a record of said claims must be made on the delivery note. Any subsequent claim related to these points is excluded.
  • Claims relating to the number, condition, identification and references of the goods, as well as those relating to any visible or apparent defects, must be notified to the Company in writing and, in detail, as soon as possible and, in any case, within of the ten working days following the delivery date, always specifying the delivery note number. If the Client does not notify such defects within the indicated period, the goods will be considered accepted, except in what refers to the possible existence of hidden defects.

8. After sales service

8.1 Warranty Policy

All products sold through THETATAUHOME have a 3-year warranty for electrical products. (from the date shown on the invoice), and 6 months for non-flooded batteries.

For ¨PECRON¨ products of portable power stations, you have the following guarantee:

●  All portable power station products are warranted for 3 years, except flooded battery responses are warranted for 6 months. All other electrical parts have a three-year warranty.

●  Products damaged by use without following the instructions/Product Safety Manual Book are not included in the warranty.

●  All portable power station products that are damaged by water or submersion are not included in the warranty.

●  The products damaged by the case of exceeding the use of nominal power output, or with the load of use of nominal power input, are not included in the guarantee.

●  All products damaged by the case of not using charging with solar panels sold through THETATAUHOME, are not included in the guarantee

●  All products damaged by the case of falls, blows, breakage , improper use and / or human factors, are not included in the guarantee.

In addition, we will bear all shipping costs for as long as we order the product to be in warranty. If the product is not covered by the warranty, we will charge you for other costs such as shipping and related testing.

8.2 Cancellation policy

After placing an order on www.thetatauhome.com, a full no reason cancellation service will be provided, which you must satisfy:

Users can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on www.thetatauhome.com.

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order and before users are notified of the shipment.

Orders cannot be canceled after notification of shipment is received.

8.3 Return Policy

For all purchases made through THETATAUHOME, we will offer a no questions asked 14 day equivalent value return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchased items that are complete, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt (dates are calculated from the invoice date) to access the change or return.

All return paperwork, shipping costs and transaction fees will be charged to the buyer.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

In case of quality problems, we will give you a full refund or provide a free replacement item within 30 days of receipt of items.

Return process

8.4 Refund

9. Responsibilities

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THETATAUHOME ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE THETATAUHOME WARRANTY POLICY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCESSORIES AND ALL MATERIALS, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND (B) ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. THETATAUHOME ENTITIES DO NOT WARRANT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE THETATAUHOME WARRANTY POLICY, THAT THE PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF, ITS ACCESSORIES OR ANY MATERIAL, WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER COMPONENTS HARMFUL, AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THESE PROBLEMS WILL BE CORRECTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THETATAU CORP SL ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR ACCESS OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCESSORIES OR ANY MATERIALS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, IF ANY THETATAU CORP ENTITY HAS OR NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

FURTHER, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES YOUR OR OUR LIABILITY FOR WILLFUL VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS, FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM OUR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF OUR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR OTHERWISE LIABILITY WHICH MAY NOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY LAW.

EACH PROVISION OF THESE TERMS THAT SETS FORTH A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, OR AN EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES IS INTENDED TO AND IS THE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN THE PARTIES UNDER THESE TERMS. THIS ALLOCATION IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE TERMS NEGOTIATED BETWEEN THE PARTIES. EACH OF THESE PROVISIONS IS SEVERABLE AND INDEPENDENT OF ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION 8 SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

10.   Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relations between the Company and the Client will be governed by Spanish Law of a general common nature (Commercial Code, Civil Code, and other regulations of national scope). In the event that the Client is a foreign entity, the application of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded, as well as any other norm of uniform law of supranational scope. The application of the conflict rules of Spanish Law is also expressly excluded, in particular, the forwarding rules.

Any dispute or controversy that may arise between the parties in relation to these CGV and/or the contracts signed under them, will be substantiated before the Jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain). Notwithstanding this and, if it so wishes, the Company may take legal action against the Client before the courts of the latter’s domicile. In any case, the legal provisions on this matter of an imperative nature are accepted.
